Using Our Memories
Our Memories lets organisers create digital photobooks and invite others to contribute photographs and messages. By creating an account or submitting a contribution you agree to these terms.
Your content
- You keep ownership of the photos and messages you upload.
- You confirm you have the right to share them and that people pictured — or the parents or guardians of children pictured — are comfortable with them being included.
- You allow us to store, resize and display your content solely to provide the service.
Not allowed
Content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's rights, or exposes another person's private information without consent. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Music
If you add background music, you must own it or have permission to use it.
Organiser responsibilities
Organisers decide who receives contribution and viewing links and which contributions are approved. Treat links like keys — anyone holding them can use them until you regenerate them.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service available and your memories safe, but we recommend keeping your own copies of important photographs.
